By accessing or using the RasaVibes platform — including our website, mobile experience, and AI assistant — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You agree to use RasaVibes only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false information when creating an account or placing an order
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse our services
• Post or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any law
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Orders placed through RasaVibes are contracts between you and the restaurant partner. RasaVibes facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of food items.

• Prices displayed are set by restaurant partners and may change without notice
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners — we do not store card details
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law

RasaVibes includes an AI food assistant (“Rasa AI”) that provides personalised food recommendations, answers questions about menu items, and assists with wellness-based food choices. By using Rasa AI you agree to the following:

What Rasa AI is

• A conversational assistant designed to help you discover food and make ordering decisions
• A tool that uses your recent order history, location, and wellness preferences (if shared) to personalise suggestions
• A best-effort guide — not a medical, nutritional, or allergy-safety service

Limitations you must understand

• AI responses may be inaccurate. Rasa AI is a language model and can make mistakes. Do not rely solely on its output for allergy, dietary, medical, or safety decisions.
• Allergen information is not guaranteed. Rasa AI may estimate allergens from menu descriptions. Always confirm directly with the restaurant if you have a severe or life-threatening allergy.
• Calorie and macro estimates are approximations. Figures are inferred from menu data and standard food composition databases — actual values depend on preparation and portion size.
• Wellness and Ayurvedic suggestions are informational only. Rasa Wellness AI provides general guidance based on traditional Ayurvedic principles. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
• Dish availability is not guaranteed. Rasa AI may suggest items that are out of stock, seasonal, or no longer on the menu. The restaurant's live menu is authoritative.

Data and privacy

• Rasa AI runs on RasaVibes' own servers — your conversations are not sent to any third-party AI provider
• Chat messages are not stored permanently; conversation history exists only for your current session
• Your data is used only to improve your experience, not to train AI models or sold to third parties

Acceptable use of Rasa AI

• Use Rasa AI only for food discovery, ordering assistance, and wellness food guidance
• Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract system-level information from the AI
• Do not use Rasa AI to generate or spread harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Do not rely on Rasa AI as your sole source of information for health, safety, or financial decisions

Restaurants listed on RasaVibes are independent businesses. RasaVibes is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or accuracy of food prepared by restaurant partners
• Allergen or ingredient information provided by restaurants
• Delivery times, food temperatures, or packaging
• Any disputes between you and a restaurant partner

We take partner quality seriously and act on reports of non-compliance. Contact us at support@rasavibes.com to report an issue with a restaurant.

All content on RasaVibes — including the Rasa AI name, logo, UI design, and platform code — is owned by or licensed to RasaVibes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RasaVibes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or Rasa AI, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Food quality or safety issues caused by restaurant partners
• Inaccurate AI-generated content
• Allergic reactions or health outcomes
• Platform downtime or service interruptions

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
